Can A Razor Cut On The Upper Lip Turn Into Skin Cancer?

I have had a cut for a couple of months that doesn’t heal, could it be skin cancer even though it started as a razor cut? If I leave it alone can it still heal by itself?

  no it cannot be skin cancer, just from a razor cut…
  it might not be healing maybe because of make up (if you wear any)?
  i would just give it some time.
